Rhema Dove Ministry
Founded by Scarlet Ravin, Rhema Dove Ministry is a healing and supernatural ministry dedicated to bringing heaven back to earth and serving as an active witness to God's miraculous moves. We firmly believe in signs, wonders, and miracles as divine catalysts to draw people to Jesus Christ. When we offer prayers of faith, we expect and witness tangible, radical healings happen.
Our curriculum and foundation are rooted deeply in Jesus, the Holy Bible, God the Father, and the Holy Spirit. We are also deeply blessed and guided by spiritual mentors such as Randy Clark and Jerry Savelle, who have paved the way in teaching us how to walk in divine anointing, authority, and favor.

The Garden of Eden was never just a historical paradise; it was the original design of heaven meeting earth—a template restored to us through Christ. At Rhema Dove Ministry, we recognize that creation itself declares the glory of God. Animals and the natural world are profound teachers appointed by the Creator to show us simplicity, trust, and present-moment communion with God.
"But now ask the beasts, and they will teach you, and the birds of the air, and they will tell you, or speak to the earth, and it will teach you... Who among all these does not know that the hand of the Lord has done this, in whose hand is the life of every living thing?" — Job 12:7-10

My journey with God’s miraculous healing power is living proof that heaven touches earth, and Jesus is still our Great Physician today.

The Awakening in Sri Lanka (2019)
In December 2019, I traveled to Sri Lanka and fell gravely ill within hours of landing - sweating, suffering a high fever, unable to breathe, delirious, and in agonizing pain. Hospitalized and unable to communicate with doctors across a language barrier, I was given seven prescriptions I knew weren't right. Stranded and mentally slipping into despair, I begged God that if He wanted me to die, to just take me now.
In that instant, my spirit left my body. I met God and was enveloped in a depth of love, cherishing, and total forgiveness that human words cannot capture. When I returned to my body, I was over three-quarters healed - my pain instantly crashing from a 10 down to a 2 or 3. Though I didn’t yet fully grasp what had happened, my eyes had been opened to the spiritual realm.

The Total Restoration (2024)
Years later in 2024, doctors diagnosed me with incurable hyperparathyroidism and a non-functioning gallbladder, prescribing lifelong medication and multiple surgeries. But God whispered He had other plans. Refusing the medical sentence, I turned to the Great Physician
"Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved, for you are my praise." —Jeremiah 17:14
For four months, I cleansed, fasted, prayed, and completely surrendered my life to God's Word. On Easter Sunday, April 2024, after claiming a prayer sent to me online, the Holy Spirit fell on me. Alone in my kitchen, shaking and crying, I was radically healed by Jesus. Blood work the following week confirmed it, my body was perfectly, miraculously restored.

The Birth of Rhema Dove Ministry
It took another year of deep discipleship under spiritual mentors like Jerry Savelle and Randy Clark to learn how to walk fully in God's favor and anointing. Today, as a student at the Global Awakening School of Supernatural Ministry, I carry the mandate of Rhema Dove Ministry: to bring heaven to earth, learn from creation, and serve as an undeniable witness to God’s miraculous power.
